If the toolbar on Microsoft Word 2010 has changed and needs to be changed back to the default follow these steps:

1. For Word 2010 - Click FILE > OPTIONS

2. Then click on CUSTOMIZE RIBBON on the left side.

3. Click the RESET button in the bottom right section.
