Adjunct Faculty Account Creation Procedure

1. Entered new adjunct faculty information in Jenzabar (name, biograph, employee master tables) – no account credentials created at this point


2. Adjunct faculty member attached to course(s) they will be teaching (faculty and section master tables)


3. Automated account generation runs daily at 7:45 am CST


4. Account credentials are emailed to the adjunct faculty member’s alternate email address (*EML code), if provided

- Cc’s are also sent to the respective center designated email account

NOTE: The account creation is an automated process with no I.T. input.
