2. Enter your UIU email address and the characters shown, then click Next

3. It does not matter which verification step you do first. In this example we will use the security questions first. Answer your security questions, then click Next.

4. On the next page, click Email.

5. Go to your alternate email to retrieve the verification code, enter it, and click Next

6. Enter your new password and click Finish. NOTE: Microsoft requires passwords to be “Strong”
