If mailbox delegation has been setup, follow the instructions below to access the delegated mailbox:

1. Login to Microsoft 365 (https://outlook.com/uiu.edu)
2. Click the avatar [profile] icon in the upper right-hand corner of the web page
3. Click the 'Open another mailbox...' link
4. Enter the last name or username of the mailbox you are searching for
5. Click the 'Search Directory' link; a link will be displayed showing the mailbox
6. Click the 'Open' button to display the mailbox
