Below are the settings that need to be changed on the hosts zoom session in order for zoom participants to be able to share their screens.

Steps for changing share settings in a meeting already open:

1. Click the arrow next to Share Screen.

2. Click Advanced Sharing Options.

3. Click the radio button for All Participants.
