View Shared Mailboxes in Outlook 365

    Here you can read how you can access shared mailboxes using Outlook 365.

  • Navigate to Outlook 365 >>> UIU Email
  • Log on with your UIU email address and password.
  • Click on your name / icon in the upper right corner.
  • Select Open Another Mailbox
  • Type in the name of the mailbox.
  • Select "Open..."

You will now see the emails of the shared mailbox instead of your own.

You can also send emails on behalf of the shared mailbox.
