Issue: Zoom freezes (image glitches as if it was playing a short GIF)
Resolution: In Zoom, select Stop Video.
Once the video is off select Start Video. That should resolve the glitch in
your video feed.
Reason: The reason for this issue is because Panapto is attempting to
connect to the Meeting OWL while it is in use by Zoom. The 2
applications are fighting for the same resource which triggers the
error and glitch.
