How to turn off "Conversation view" in Microsoft 365

  1. Log into your UIU email account (https://outlook.com/uiu.edu)
  2. At the top of the page, select Settings Copy7b9320309531.png, to open Quick settings
  3. Scroll down and under Conversation view, choose the following:
    1. To show email as individual messages, select Off
