Save documents to my U: Drive (Fayette Campus)

All of UIUs Lab PCs on Fayette Campus are programmed to delete all of the files that are saved to the Desktop, Documents etc. when you logoff the computer.

Students on the Fayette campus have access to a personal folder on the UIU network.

With your U: Drive you will be able to access your documents on any UIU Lab Computer.

To save a document to your U: Drive follow the steps below

Select File

Select Save As

Select Browse

In the left column Select This PC

You will see your U: drive in the format of username01(\\uiu\user)(U:)

Select your u: drive and Save
